Pipit is a single-ply DK-weight yarn, spun and dyed in Donegal, Ireland, a region celebrated for its rich textile heritage, and made into skeins in Switzerland by Flock & Friends.

Named after the Meadow Pipit (a common songbird native to Ireland) this yarn draws inspiration from the bird's natural charm. With speckled feathers across its breast and a soft, slightly fluffy appearance, the Meadow Pipit perfectly mirrors the speckled depth of classic Donegal spun wool and the delicate halo of kid mohair.

A thoughtful blend of 70% soft Merino and 30% kid mohair, Pipit offers a stunning balance of natural warmth and subtle luster. The signature Donegal-style speckles bring depth and personality to every stitch, while the mohair adds a delicate halo and lightweight softness to the finished fabric.
