Customer Support and Live Chat

We use Crisp Chat (operated by Crisp IM SAS, France) to offer real-time assistance on our website. When you use the live chat feature, Crisp processes the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and chat transcript), as well as your IP address, browser information, and active pages on our site. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiries and improve our customer support. Crisp stores data within the European Union in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
