Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop flockandfriends.com (operated by Flock and Friends GmbH, hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “the seller”).
By placing an order, the customer (“you”) agrees to these GTC as binding.

Drawings, illustrations, images, sample collections, information, technical data, weights, dimensions, and performance descriptions shown on the Flock and Friends online shop are non-binding and may vary from the final product. We reserve the right to make product changes.

Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Pay now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

Immediately after receiving your order, we generally confirm receipt by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the order.

The contract is concluded only when we expressly confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss substantive law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Final Provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version published on our website at the time of ordering applies.
