Shipping & Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein using Swiss Post.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer two delivery speeds so you can get your crafting supplies exactly when you need them:

• Standard Shipping (Economy):
  • CHF 9.00 flat rate
  • FREE on all orders over CHF 100.00
  • Delivered withing two working days (after processing) from Monday to Friday. When posting on a Saturday, it will be delivered on the following Wednesday)
• Express Shipping (Priority):
  • CHF 10.50 flat rate
  • Only CHF 2.00 on orders over CHF 100.00
  • Delivered the next working day (after processing).

 

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Unless noted otherwise in the product description, we lovingly pack and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, typically on the same working day after we receive your payment.

Please note that Flock & Friends cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by third parties (such as Swiss Post) or events of force majeure.

 

Product Availability

If a product you ordered is temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will inform you promptly. In such cases, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract or offer you a suitable replacement.

 

Local Pickup (Click & Collect)

Want to skip the shipping fee entirely and say hello? You can choose to pick up your order directly from our shop in Murg!

• Standard Pickup Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 13:00 – 18:00
  • Saturday: 8:00 – 18:00

Need a different time? If you’d like to pick up your order outside of these hours, please contact us beforehand at emilie@flockandfriends.com, and we will happily arrange a convenient time for you!

 

Prices & Payment Methods

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory Swiss VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are calculated separately and are clearly displayed in your cart before you finalize your order.

To make shopping as easy as possible, we accept a variety of secure payment methods at checkout, including:

The purchase price is due immediately upon completing your order.
