Today’s pattern is the Augustins Basics No3 by Anne-Sophie Velling, a clever headband worked top-down in the round in Stockinette Stitch. The knitted band is shaped with increases and decreases, then fitted over a headband and lightly stuffed with carded wool to give it volume and structure. A quick, satisfying project that combines function and style!

Yarn recommendations:

Devonia – a luxurious fingering-weight yarn with soft, lustrous fibres, ideal for a headband. The shades Cinder Glow(1) and Nightshade(2) would be perfect choices.
